This role offers an opportunity to make a direct and measurable impact by guiding clients throughout their journey—from onboarding to adoption and long-term success. As a trusted partner, you'll help clients unlock the full value of their platform investment through thoughtful relationship management, strategic guidance, and continuous education. If you enjoy solving challenges, collaborating across teams, and influencing product development through real user feedback, this position will offer both growth and purpose in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the platform and apply it to client-specific needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Support senior team members during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client interactions to ensure exceptional experiences.
  • Create and execute success plans to drive adoption and retention, using metrics and insights to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Share continuing education with clients, including product updates, roadmaps, and usage recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and collaborate with Account Managers and Product Specialists to present new solutions.
  • Advocate for client needs internally, building strong cross-functional relationships to support long-term success.
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles within RIAs, Family Offices, or UHNW-focused financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset.
  • Technological fluency and the ability to engage effectively with internal product teams and clients.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proven track record in improving client engagement, satisfaction, and adoption metrics.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations diplomatically and drive toward resolution.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence across different levels of client organizations.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Competitive base salary: $69,000 – $107,000 USD, plus bonus and equity
