As a Software Engineering Manager, you’ll guide a talented team of iOS and Android developers in delivering scalable, intuitive mobile experiences that empower thousands of field and office professionals daily. Accountabilities:

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of mobile engineers, fostering an inclusive and high-performance environment.
• Take full ownership of projects across the mobile stack — from quarterly planning to launch and post-release iterations.
• Drive technical excellence by influencing architecture, conducting code/design reviews, and promoting best practices in testing, CI/CD, and performance.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and accessible mobile solutions that support critical workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to align goals and drive measurable outcomes.
• Champion recruitment and retention efforts, contribute to interviews and sourcing, and help build a diverse, top-tier team.
• Remain hands-on when needed — whether debugging a tough issue, experimenting with AI tooling, or prototyping new ideas.

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams, including performance reviews and career development.
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong expertise in building and scaling mobile apps.
• Proficient in native mobile technologies including Swift and Kotlin, and knowledgeable about mobile SDKs and APIs.
• Solid foundation in clean architecture, testing strategies, and mobile performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to or interest in AI-assisted developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) is a plus.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Competitive salary range: $183,400 – $245,400 USD depending on experience and location.
