This is a unique opportunity to lead the architecture and development of intuitive, high-impact user interfaces that power complex data operations across enterprise environments. In this role, you’ll shape the future of data engineering by building scalable, no-code and low-code tools that simplify data integration for users of all technical backgrounds. You’ll collaborate across design, backend, AI, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless, real-time experiences. Accountabilities:

• Architect and implement complex frontend systems across a modern, AI-powered data platform.
• Design scalable component libraries and UI frameworks that serve multiple product areas.
• Build sophisticated, user-friendly interfaces for data workflows, pipeline builders, and visual monitoring dashboards.
• Optimize performance for large-scale data rendering, real-time updates, and low-latency UI interactions.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and set best practices in frontend engineering.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Backend, and AI to ensure cohesive product delivery.
• Drive continuous improvements in development tooling, performance monitoring, and accessibility.
• Participate in roadmap planning, architectural reviews, and hiring processes.

• 8+ years of experience in frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• 5+ years of advanced React experience, including hooks, context, and state management libraries.
• Proven track record in a senior or staff-level engineering role with architectural responsibilities.
• Strong skills in building responsive, accessible interfaces and handling complex UI states.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Recharts), and frontend testing frameworks.
• Deep understanding of web performance optimization, frontend build tools, and design systems.
• Familiarity with API integration, GraphQL, REST, and real-time technologies like WebSockets.
• Bonus: Background in building developer tools, no-code/low-code platforms, or enterprise apps.
