This role offers the opportunity to lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive growth, pipeline, and revenue in a fast-paced B2B environment. As Senior Campaign Manager, you will spearhead the planning, development, execution, and optimization of global demand generation initiatives, working cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals. You will manage complex campaigns across reputation, demand, enablement, and engagement programs, guiding teams and collaborating with sales, product marketing, and customer success to maximize impact. This position emphasizes autonomy, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach in a distributed, remote-friendly culture.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple program families to generate awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop campaign strategies aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile and business goals.
  • Execute campaigns focused on net new customer acquisition, expansion, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives.
  • Manage paid media and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs utilizing platforms like 6Sense, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing ops, and product marketing to ensure seamless execution, tracking, and reporting of campaign results.
  • Identify content needs and commission assets to support campaign themes and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance, optimize tactics continuously, and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

  • Proven experience managing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation funnels and campaign frameworks (MEL, MQL, SAL, SQL).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and 6Sense/ABM platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills to pull metrics, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft messaging and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Experience marketing data analytics, data science, or related software products is highly desirable.
  • Competitive salary range of $120,600 to $159,170 USD, with pay decisions based on qualifications and experience.
