Responsibilities
- Scope, build, and deliver technical migrations for document management and workflow systems
- Create tooling using APIs, scripts, or no-code platforms to support migrations
- Develop repeatable migration playbooks including templates and best practices
- Partner with Engineering and Support to ensure technical soundness and scalability
- Serve as technical escalation for post-sale data or configuration challenges
- Identify customer migration patterns and expand delivery capacity by building a team
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, CSMs, and Implementation Managers for smooth handoffs
