Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to gather and validate business and technical requirements
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and configuration plans
- Configure platform components to meet client-specific needs
- Conduct system testing including integration and user acceptance testing
- Work with engineering and product teams to support development efforts
- Troubleshoot configuration or integration issues during and after deployment
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and technical decisions
- Develop and conduct training sessions for internal and external users
- Support project management activities including planning and monitoring timelines
- Stay updated with healthcare technology industry trends and best practices
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
