Sr. Manager, Planisware Process & Data Standards Lead
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Planisware functionality and enterprise project portfolio management tools.
- Experience with User Requirements Specifications (URS) development and version control.
- Familiarity with data governance including MDM and metadata standards.
- Understanding of change control processes and regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11, GxP).
- Competence using JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead standardized process development and governance for Planisware platform.
- Oversee change management and chair the Functional Change Advisory Committee (FCAC).
- Own data quality, Master Data Management (MDM) via Planisware Data Dictionary, and governance frameworks.
- Drive cross-functional training and enablement strategies.
- Coordinate system development priorities and manage third-party vendors.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field required.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or related) preferred.
- Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Change Management (Prosci), or Data Governance a strong plus.
