The Role
Lark is seeking a dynamic Director of Clinical Insights to join our team, reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer. This strategic role combines advanced data analysis capabilities with business acumen to drive insights that inform product development, client strategy, and organizational growth within the health technology sector.
What You’ll Do
Lead comprehensive data analysis initiatives to extract meaningful insights from complex healthcare datasets
Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for internal stakeholders and external clients
Develop and deliver sophisticated client reporting solutions that demonstrate value and drive decision-making
Establish data-driven methodologies to measure and communicate business impact
Represent Lark clinically in client-facing meetings and RFPs to promote and disseminate strategic clinical insights
Partner closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and analytical needs, and develop a plan to implement these objectives and needs into our clinical research strategy
Partner with the data science team to develop innovative analytical approaches and methodologies
Coordinate with the product team to inform feature development and product strategy based on data insights
Author high-quality articles for peer-reviewed journals, contributing to the broader healthcare analytics discourse
Develop compelling white papers that showcase Lark Technologies' expertise and thought leadership
Present findings and recommendations to C-level executives and key stakeholders
Represent Lark at industry conferences and professional forums
What You’ll Need
PhD in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related discipline) or equivalent professional experience
Proven track record in health technology or healthcare analytics environments
Demonstrated experience in health economics analysis and healthcare outcomes research
Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
Experience with health economic modeling and outcomes research methodologies
Ability to work with large, complex datasets and derive meaningful insights
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including interfacing with external customers and internal stakeholders
Published experience in peer-reviewed academic journals
Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
Experienced in managing a team of analysts and researchers
Knowledge of Healthcare reimbursement models and value-based care
Experience with regulatory requirements in healthcare tech
