They seek an experienced Director of Social Media to lead their social media strategy and team, driving innovation and measurable business impact across platforms.

  • Define KPIs, OKRs, and ROI frameworks linking social media efforts to revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing social media team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop integrated campaigns achieving business goals.
  • Manage annual social media budget and vendor relationships.
  • Establish analytics frameworks to measure and optimize social media performance.
  • Ensure brand voice and visual identity consistency across social channels.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
