Later is a leader in social media and influencer marketing software, trusted by major brands and agencies globally. They seek a Director of Social Media to lead strategy and team development, driving innovation and measurable business impact across social platforms.

Skills

  • Proven leadership of social media teams with measurable business impact
  • Expertise in social media strategy for B2B SaaS, preferably marketing technology
  • Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, analytics, attribution, and ROI
  • Experience managing significant budgets and agency relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise social media management and analytics tools
  • Ability to stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Set KPIs, OKRs, and ROI frameworks linking social media to revenue growth
  • Innovate social media initiatives to maintain Later’s industry leadership
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing social media team, managing hiring and training
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Manage social media budgets, external vendors, and influencer partnerships
  • Analyze social media performance and present insights to executive leadership
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and representation across social platforms

Education

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree preferred
