Your ability to coach and empower BIPOC students at pivotal career moments directly contributes to MLT’s mission of advancing racial equity through career and economic mobility.

This is a part-time opportunity with remote work arrangements.

What You'll Do:

  • Track and manage Fellow outcomes, progress, and key qualitative insights in MLT’s data systems to ensure accountability and program efficacy.
  • Design and facilitate engaging content for virtual and in-person seminars and webinars, often in partnership with corporate employers.
  • Partner with Track Directors and corporate partners to stay current on internship and full-time opportunities, success profiles, and evolving industry standards.
  • Provide targeted advising to Fellows on resume development, interview preparation, networking, and internship/job selection strategies.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives, including Fellow recruitment and admissions, as needed, to help scale the Career Prep program.
  • Monitor Fellow engagement and proactively intervene when Fellows are at risk of falling behind on key milestones.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

What You Have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Consulting with a proven record of strong professional achievements
  • Demonstrated understanding of the bar for success in top private-sector organizations
  • Demonstrated bias for action and ability to remain flexible in a growing organization
  • Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build meaningful, quality relationships
  • Experience tracking and reporting data; experience using Salesforce preferred
