- Proficiency with Ubiquiti UniFi network equipment.
- Experience supporting Zoom Rooms and AV events.
- Familiarity with SaaS administration and identity providers like Okta.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite helpdesk support for macOS and Windows systems.
- Administer SaaS applications and identity management including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Okta/SSO.
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot Zoom Rooms, AV equipment, and hybrid event setups.
- Manage network infrastructure including Ubiquiti UniFi switching, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and monitor security and performance.
- Coordinate new office vendor setup and ensure smooth employee onboarding experience.
- Manage hardware lifecycle and inventory using Jamf Pro, Intune, and Asset Sonar.
- Document IT processes and contribute to security compliance controls like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- Collaborate with global IT teams and participate in on-call rotations.

- Relevant technical certifications or degree preferred but not mandatory.
