What You’ll Do
Drive Financial Excellence
Lead the preparation and analysis of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in full compliance with GAAP.
Provide deep insights into financial performance, helping uncover trends and opportunities that support smarter decisions.
Own Budgeting & Forecasting
Champion the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to build realistic, actionable budgets.
Forecast future performance and cash flow needs, keeping leadership informed with timely variance analysis and recommendations.
Ensure Integrity & Compliance
Design and maintain strong internal controls to protect assets and ensure financial accuracy.
Lead audit readiness, prepare required documentation, and manage relationships with external auditors.
Optimize Cash Flow
Manage cash flow strategy, including payables, receivables, and liquidity planning.
Keep the business agile and well-capitalized by forecasting needs and optimizing working capital.
Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team
Mentor and empower a growing team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Delegate effectively while maintaining clear oversight on all key financial processes.
Be a Strategic Business Partner
Deliver clear, actionable financial insights that support new initiatives, investments, and long-term goals.
Work side-by-side with senior leadership to assess opportunities and drive financial strategy.
What You Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
Experience: 5–7 years in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
Advanced Excel skills and in-depth knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
Excellent communicator with a knack for making complex financial concepts easy to understand.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
