Senior Fullstack Engineer
Maxana is seeking a Senior Full stack Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a vital part in architecting and implementing robust software solutions that cater to the needs of our rapidly growing, yet established unicorn start-up client, You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies and deliver a top-notch user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in development of ML driven payment platform
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for both client-side and server-side applications.
- Create and optimize APIs to ensure smooth data flow between various systems.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless and intuitive user interfaces.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Implement security and data protection measures into the applications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our software solutions.
- Strong technical depth in backend systems (Node.js, Python), modern frontend (React, Next.js), and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React or Vue.js, and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- 5+ years experience in an engineer role
- Pay: Open and competitive (This is a 6-month contract, with expectations of renewal/contract to hire) so it is 1099
- 100% remote
