Responsibilities
- Produce Yardi-based property financial reports and YieldStar leasing reports
- Maintain due diligence resource folders for lenders and brokers
- Coordinate with Due Diligence and Investor Relations teams on property financing and disposition
- Analyze and summarize key property financial and rental performance metrics
- Compile mortgage financing, accounting, due diligence, and post-close documentation
- Manage workflow for multiple concurrent financing and disposition projects
- Support project management system implementation for property financing and disposition processes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent experience
