Responsibilities
- Define and deliver core metrics for patient success
- Outline technical product requirements and roadmaps
- Own patient flows including onboarding, consults, medication refills, and engagement
- Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical, and operational teams
- Establish feedback loops and use quantitative data for decision-making
- Drive rapid prototyping, experimentation, and A/B testing
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or Computer Science preferred
