Internship: Video Editor (Part-Time/Seasonal)
Skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro
- Experience in shooting and video production
- Knowledge of CatDV is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Tell visual stories through creative editing and producing
- Sync and log footage in Premiere Pro
- Generate story string-outs, scene cutdowns, and digital clips for various productions
- Assign metadata to gameplay highlights using CatDV
- Capture supporting elements to assist Post-Production staff
- Edit complete packages under the direction of post-production staff
- Learn from senior editors and media managers
- Coordinate with Post-Production to complete projects timely
- Propose new ways to use social media through video
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education
- Current undergraduate or graduate student
