Compliance Analyst I
To research, analyze, interpret, recommend, and enforce Navy Federal policies and practices that ensure compliance with relevant local, state, federal and other regulatory requirements, and case law. Experience in compliance monitoring and testing activities. Perform risk-based compliance testing for the purpose of independently validating business unit’s adherence to applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and identifying control deficiencies and risk implications related to applicable laws and regulations. Pertinent laws and regulations include, but are not limited to, BSA and OFAC regulations, and processes related to CIP, EDD, SARs, and CTRs.
