VP of Creative Brand Marketing

In order to continue our growth, we are seeking a VP of Creative Brand Marketing! In this role, you’ll own the strategic direction, execution, and evolution of our brand across global markets. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of brand, content, design, and creative professionals to bring our SaaS brand to life through powerful storytelling, integrated campaigns, and differentiated messaging. This role combines strategic vision with creative execution and demands a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, digital trends, and brand innovation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the global brand vision, positioning, and messaging framework in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead creative development for high-impact campaigns across digital, web, social, field, and events.
  • Manage and scale the internal brand and creative team, including designers, copywriters, content marketers, and freelancers/agencies.
  • Oversee the development and enforcement of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure brand continuity and alignment across the funnel.
  • Lead brand measurement and market perception analysis, using insights to refine creative strategies.
  • Spearhead creative strategy for product launches, thought leadership campaigns, events, and digital assets.
  • Own the content strategy for brand storytelling, including video, blogs, customer success stories, and executive thought leadership.
  • Serve as the brand’s ambassador, driving internal education and external engagement across key audiences.
  • Support M&A branding efforts and brand architecture decisions as the company grows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role within a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability with a sharp eye for visual design and tone of voice.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams across creative, content, and brand disciplines.
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS buyer personas and digital B2B marketing tactics.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Expertise in managing agency relationships, budgets, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence; comfortable presenting to board-level stakeholders.
