Skills
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS coding for email.
- Experience using Adobe Analytics.
- Familiarity with email marketing reputation and list hygiene tools such as Litmus and Return Path.
- Strong understanding of the email marketing lifecycle and CAN SPAM Act compliance.
- Knowledge of database design and experience working with large databases.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy customer-facing dynamic email communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Create comprehensive email marketing programs with targeted and personalized content and automated trigger emails.
- Execute mobile messaging including content development, QA, set-up, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure responsive email template design and perform detailed QA on all emails (copy, links, tracking, UX).
- Manage email list hygiene by purging non-deliverable addresses and segmenting data.
- Personalize email content using customer data, A/B testing, and live content features.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
