Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Partnership Finance team delivering strategic partnership and financial leadership.
- Act as primary finance liaison to department heads and senior leadership for planning and forecasting.
- Transform financial data into actionable insights influencing go-to-market strategies and investment decisions.
- Support GTM, R&D, and G&A expense and headcount management including Budget vs Actuals reviews.
- Drive improved forecast accuracy and alignment in monthly close, reforecasting, planning, and reporting.
- Analyze financial results, synthesize key trends, and communicate risks and opportunities.
- Build automation and identify process improvements to strengthen operational infrastructure.
- Coach and mentor finance team members to develop technical and partnership capabilities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
