Responsibilities
- Lead analytics advisory to solve business problems with data.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and design to drive data-driven roadmap and ML strategy.
- Translate complex business challenges into ML solutions from exploration to production.
- Define product requirements and provide analytical support to enhance customer safety.
- Identify and execute impactful product improvements including search, personalization, and risk modeling.
- Develop and oversee end-to-end experimentation and model deployment.
- Utilize latest machine learning technologies to tackle complex business issues.
- Mentor and grow the data science team.
Education
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field.
