Orrick’s Structured Finance team is seeking an associate with 4-7 years of experience with a preference to join as a Career Associate. We are looking for a dedicated team player who thrives in managing multiple deals within a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collegial group.
Orrick’s U.S. Structured Finance group advises on the industry's most innovative transactions and significant regulatory reform measures. Our team is a structured finance powerhouse, adept at taking bespoke approaches to the structuring, execution, and selling of residential mortgage-backed, commercial mortgage-backed, and asset-backed securities, including esoteric ABS, as well as CLOs, repackagings, re-securitizations, and other financings.
Our Career Associate program offers top legal talent an alternative to the partner track while still providing opportunities to do cutting-edge legal work. Lawyers join us as Career Associates at many stages, from recent graduates and participants in our Career Associate summer program, to more senior lawyers who join after practicing in other settings. These are rewarding roles if you share our passion for practicing law and delivering excellent service but seek a less intense total time commitment.
