Our client is a content creator looking for a resourceful, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support content, communication, and operations across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced as a Virtual Assistant
- Manage inbox and calendar
- Book travel (flights, hotels, etc.)
- Assist with Discord community management
- Upload content and coordinate basic tasks
- Transcribe and summarize video content
- Capture testimonials and customer success stories
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable
- Experienced in handling Discord communities
- Excellent in written English (DMs, emails, and community replies)
- Emotionally intelligent and socially aware (you may represent me at times)
- Strong with tools like Discord, Notion, Slack, Loom, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Comfortable working async with 3–5 hours overlap in PST or EST
