Senior Channel Account Manager

Ping Identity is a leader in digital identity security embracing digital freedom. They seek a Senior Channel Account Manager to expand and optimize their global channel and alliances ecosystem through strategic planning, partner engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills

  • Proven success managing complex partner ecosystems and indirect sales strategies.
  • Expert relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong business acumen with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of software, SaaS, cybersecurity partner landscapes.
  • Autonomy in fast-paced and matrixed environments.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, PRM platforms, and productivity tools.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25% for partner meetings and events.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive strategic channel initiatives and partner engagement plans aligned with company goals.
  • Cultivate and manage key partner relationships including resellers, GSIs, MSPs, and cloud marketplaces.
  • Develop and lead joint business plans with partners featuring clear targets and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance using business intelligence for continuous improvement.
  • Lead sales and technical enablement efforts in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Legal.
  • Refine partner programs, incentives, and co-selling frameworks to enhance loyalty and scalability.
  • Represent the company at industry events and executive meetings.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices within the Channel & Alliances function.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field typically preferred.
