- Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and offer solutions.
- Anticipate and address potential challenges to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate product feedback.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
