Responsibilities
- Lead operations and evening coverage for all care delivery pods including clinicians and support teams
- Be accountable for pod growth targets, profitability, and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing, population health, and clinical teams to set patient engagement and outcomes goals
- Ensure seamless communication with day shift Market Operations Leads
- Monitor pod progress against goals and analyze performance data
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance pod performance
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and provide feedback across teams
- Co-lead daily clinical team huddles with pod provider leads
Education
