Responsibilities
- Manage the entire billing process including customer plan configuration.
- Respond to billing queue requests and resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with Legal and Customer Support on payment plans.
- Oversee collections to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
- Resolve billing discrepancies through cross-team collaboration.
- Administer company credit card software and oversee budgets and transactions.
- Support reconciliation and month-end close with the Accounting team.
- Drive process improvements and automation in billing and collections.
Education
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or related field
