Associate QA Tester

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate QA Tester responsible for manual testing and quality deliverables on client projects, focusing on detailed proofreading and defect detection within a hybrid work model in Indianapolis.

Skills

  • Strong proofreading capability with attention to syntax, typos, grammar, spelling, and formatting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Excel.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality focus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills via multiple media.
  • Ability to quickly learn new business processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review user stories, requirements, and documentation for testability.
  • Execute manual test cases comparing software output to legally approved documentation with attention to detail.
  • Detect, document, and track defects, and re-test for resolution.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and adhere to project milestones.
  • Report status, concerns, and risks related to client deliverables.
  • Develop understanding of managed markets, payer data, and Precision products to improve testing effectiveness.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired.
