The Manager Visual Merchandising LATAM is to assist the VP of LATAM VM with VM projects, maintaining accountabilities for departmental project schedules/milestones, budgets and meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage departmental project schedules on a weekly basis as it pertains to LATAM Visual Merchandising, Windows, Special Projects & Events, scope and workflow.  This includes tracking project statuses and liaising with VP of VM LATAM,  International Licensing CFT’s & Creative Services CFT’s, Global VM & Window CFT’s)
  • Assists in the development of project scopes & timelines
  • Prepare hardcopy and/or electronic presentations, including PowerPoint presentations, presentation books, and presentation plans
  • Support and prepare documents toward the sourcing and bid process of new and existing vendors in partnership with procurement
  • Maintain consistent and regular follow up and communication of current related deliverables and projects across all groups ( with Store Planning/ Vendors/VM CFT’s/Int’l Licensing CFT’s / Global CFT’s/LATAM CFT’s/ Procurement)
  • Prepare reports and regular updates, to track spending Record-keeping for project completions, manage budgets
  • Other duties and design responsibilities as assigned by VP in this fluid environment
  • Able to help execute VM standards & operations from Global VM teams and in store environments
  • Able to execute window set ups in store environments

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in in visual merchandising, store and event design and marketing
  • Experience working in Latin America
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Excellent creative, business, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task with adherence to deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Detail oriented/innovative traits necessary
  • Must be able to find best solutions and developing methods to improve efficiency
  • Must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of business and projects
  • Strong styling skills
  • Ability to partner effectively and diplomatically with team members at all levels across various branches of the organization
  • Execute projects at a high level, with attention to detail and alignment with brand objectives
  • Strong ability to build creative teams in international markets
  • Ability to travel (around 35%)

Pay Range:$101,300---$137,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
