- Knowledge or passion for subscription commerce space is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of ChargeX North America and EMEA user conferences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, Success, and Executive teams to align events with business goals.
- Drive content strategy, agenda design, speaker curation, and attendee experience.
- Manage budgets, vendor selection, logistics, branding, and post-event reporting.
- Set KPIs and leverage data to optimize future event programs.
- Support regional merchant events and partner activations ensuring brand alignment.
- Collaborate on Account-Based Marketing initiatives for prioritized account events.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
