Responsibilities
- Prospect and collaborate with App Developer advertisers to deliver Reddit advertising solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Explore client needs using insights and product knowledge to maximize platform opportunities.
- Educate clients and agencies on Reddit’s ad platform and features.
- Lead client meetings from agenda setting to final presentations, managing expectations and outcomes.
- Develop business and media plans with clients and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Build an outbound sales pipeline, prioritize revenue forecasting, and execute with operational rigor.
- Leverage data to inform prospecting and pitch strategies.
- Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure seamless client transitions and partnerships.
- Provide feedback to cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and product offerings.
- Mentor and train team members, and partner with Sales Ops on prospect prioritization.
- Manage and own relevant projects to meet deadlines and outcomes.
- Build strong internal cross-functional relationships to meet client and business goals.
Education
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
