- Support and optimize the product creation calendar and timelines across seasons and categories.
- Maintain and communicate calendars for merchandising and design activities.
- Manage day-to-day project workflows ensuring clear procedures, milestones, and status updates.
- Drive team alignment with schedules and key deadlines.
- Participate in cross-functional sessions to identify business needs and improve processes.
- Maintain organizational documentation and workflow standards.
- Support planning and implement enhancements in specialized business areas.
- Monitor project progress, prepare communication materials, and resolve issues.
- Comply with all company policies and standards.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
