As scientist in formulation and delivery group, you will focus on developing novel lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations for mRNA delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
Design and develop novel mRNA LNP formulations for applications in vaccines
Evaluate novel ideas for formulation optimization and increasing stability of formulations
Develop novel formulations and explore new processes for formulation design
Work closely with different groups within the organization
Prepare technical reports and presentations for clear communication of scientific findings across interdisciplinary teams
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
About You
Ph.D. in a related field (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or other relevant discipline) and +1 years of relevant experience, or a M.S. in these same disciplines and 4+ years of relevant experience, or B.S. in these same disciplines and 5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in nucleic acid delivery and the development of novel drug carriers with hands-on experience in lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations, polymer-based nanoparticles & characterization
Proficiency and strong experience in analytical characterization including messenger RNA encapsulation/quantification and analytical techniques like HPLC/UPLC, DLS, CD, zeta potential, UV-Vis and fluorescence spectrophotometry etc.
Experience in vaccine development would be advantageous
Works collaboratively within group as well as within interdisciplinary teams
Manages time effectively demonstrating ability to perform multiple projects at one time
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The salary range for this position is:
$84,000.00 - $121,333.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
