  • Provide support to the Women’s Philanthropy Committee, including partnering with volunteer leaders to plan engagement and philanthropy events while also assisting in scheduling, meeting coordination, and annual planning and goal setting.
  • In partnership with Marketing Specialist, oversee all program and event related communication strategy including emails, social and other promotional mediums as well as communications for other assigned.
  • Manage stewardship systems for Women’s Philanthropy Giving Societies, including maintaining accurate lists for the annual honor roll, website recognition, and regular tracking to support ongoing donor communication.
  • Ensure that follow-up on all activities is pre-planned, prompt, and comprehensive.
  • Continually evaluate programming effectiveness and ROI.
  • Effectively track participation and provide qualifying information to frontline fundraisers to further engage donor prospects.
  • Maintain a strong social media presence for Women’s Philanthropy and create and manage email newsletters.
  • Coordinate logistics – venue, vendors, speakers, RSVPs, program materials, onsite execution, and budgets – for 10-15 events/year, including social, educational, volunteer, and philanthropic events.
  • Ability to work evenings and occasional Sundays for events or meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Associates Degree required or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in nonprofit development, program coordination, or community engagement.
  • A proven record of success in event management and relationship building.
  • Strong project management and attention to detail.
  • Understanding the complexity of the volunteer/professional relationship and success managing those relationships in an effective and professional manner.
