Responsibilities
- Manage claims processing inventory and oversee workflow queues to meet prompt pay timelines
- Investigate and prevent prompt pay misses by building operational systems
- Design and improve quality management processes based on team feedback and data
- Forecast claim volumes and plan capacity needs for 6-9 months ahead
- Track operational and technical changes' impact on performance metrics
- Translate company goals into actionable team initiatives
- Identify and implement automation and AI solutions to streamline workflows
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop operational tools
- Promote transparency, collaboration, and build a strong management team
- Cultivate a culture of accountability and professional growth within the team
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
