Product Manager, Writeback
Skills
- Strong product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in BI or data analytics domains.
- UX/design collaboration experience to deliver intuitive customer interfaces.
- Technical knowledge of databases, data infrastructure, APIs, and data modeling.
- Ability to define and communicate long-term product strategies and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership in cross-functional team environments.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in a startup-like culture.
Responsibilities
- Define and advocate the 12–18 month roadmap for Writeback and user data management.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their data needs and translate insights into product experiences.
- Lead the enhancement of Writeback capabilities ensuring security, usability, and workflow impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Manage iterative build-test-launch cycles focusing on quick learning and continuous refinement.
Education
- Bachelor's degree typically required; degree in related fields preferred.
