Under the guidance of the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, the Strategy Manager is responsible for:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide active project management and thought leadership for strategy initiatives by developing deliverables, milestones, and work plans; update as needed
Lead cross-organizational work teams to deliver against work plan by coordinating activities, resources, required analyses and communications
Lead working sessions; develop/present materials for SLT meetings; provide input into Board meeting updates
Gather and consider organizational input and perspective from relevant stakeholders related to strategy opportunity to shape the scope, set of alternatives, and recommendation
Conduct analysis / research and develop points of view for advancing Grow Brand Love strategy
Performs additional duties and projects as assigned
Research Competitors and industry trends
Support M&A activities
Support strategic planning process
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience managing complex strategic projects and solving business challenges using structured problem-solving approaches
4–7 years of leadership experience, ideally in a top-tier consulting firm; MBA preferred
Strong background in coaching, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience in or serving the retail sector is preferred
Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical skills, and comfort with ambiguity
High integrity, intellectual honesty, and a commitment to delivering quality results
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and workplan development tools

The salary range for this opportunity is $115,000- $140,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
