Sol-Up has been in business for more than 16-years and is looking for an entry-level Sales CRM and Admin Support Specialist to join our team as we continue growing in numerous markets. With paid training, full-benefits and unmatched industry experience and resources, this role will be responsible for helping to manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a day-to-day basis and support implementation.


The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, able to pay close attention to details and have analytical thinking skills. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:


Key Responsibilities:


1. Online and Outside Lead Generation Management

  • Oversee lead generation activities both online and through external sources.
  • Manage the EnergySage platform, including the creation of 30+ designs per week, developing customer proposals, and following up with customer inquiries to close sales.
  • Coordinate TNW Lead Gen activities, including managing WhatsApp chats with the Vietnam-based team for commercial lead generation in multiple markets. Ensure appointment scheduling and system setup for generated leads.


2. Lead Generation Platforms Management

  • Act as a point of contact for third-party lead generation sources such as SolarEdge, Solar Reviews, Paragon, SPAN, etc.
  • Manage CRM integrations and address any issues that arise with the associated online portals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the platforms for all markets.


3. Contract Revisions and Custom Contracts

  • Create custom contracts for the company when changes outside the scope of automated templates are necessary.
  • Format contracts for respective markets and set up appropriate DocuSign templates in the company’s online toolbase.


4. CRM and Software Management

  • Oversee the operation of various CRM systems and business management software, including Sunbase, Opensolar, Lightreach, EnergyToolBase, Solo, Google, Nimbus/Phones, MailChimp, Podium, Popl, and more.
  • Ensure seamless integration between CRM platforms and other tools used by the company.


5. CRM and Software Troubleshooting

  • Act as the point of reference for any concerns, needs, or issues with CRM and business management platforms across all markets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with various platforms, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


7. Onboarding and Employee Training

  • Train new employees on company systems and platforms (except for Google onboarding).
  • Create user accounts for all necessary platforms and provide ongoing support during the onboarding process.


7. Finance Portals Management

  • Set up new user accounts in company finance portals such as Dividend, GoodLeap, Mosaic, Lightreach, and others.
  • Ensure that users are granted appropriate access and support is provided for any finance portal-related concerns.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or administration, preferably within a solar company or related industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems and business management platforms, particularly in sales, operations, or energy sectors (e.g., EnergySage, Sunbase, OpenSolar, Solo, Lightreach) is a PLUS.
  • Familiarity with platforms like DocuSign, MailChimp, Podium, and other business management tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing both online and offline lead generation processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Mac OS, and Adobe Suite.
