What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the welcoming face and voice of our hospital
• Greet clients and patients with kindness and professionalism
• Schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and process payments
• Ensure accurate client and patient recordkeeping
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians and doctors to support hospital operations
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and client-friendly environment

What We're Looking For:

• A team player who enjoys working with people and animals
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
• Previous veterinary or medical office experience is helpful but not required
• A desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within the veterinary field
