Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse functions as a primary nurse and has accountability for providing quality nursing care for patients in their place of residence, as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the standards of the Homecare Agency Infection Control Policies and HIPAA Policies. Performs and completes start-of-care, recertification’s, resumption-of-care, and discharge Comprehensive OASIS assessment. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
