We're seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to own and drive EHR integrations with a focus on Epic. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of healthcare technology and AI, helping bring our LLM-powered voice and revenue automation tools into clinical workflows. Your work will be critical in ensuring seamless, secure, and compliant data flow between SuperDial and our customers’ EHR systems.
About the Role:
Lead the implementation and integration of EHR systems, particularly Epic, across customer environments.
Work closely with client IT, technical teams, and third-party vendors to design and configure robust, secure interfaces.
Support data exchange through HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, and Epic-specific protocols like Interconnect, Bridges, and Chronicles where applicable.
Translate business and product requirements into reliable integration workflows that align with SuperDial’s infrastructure and client needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring reliability and security across the full data pipeline.
Partner with product, engineering, and customer success to support onboarding, implementation, and scaling.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards.
About You
3+ years of experience working on healthcare data integration projects, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
Hands-on experience integrating with Epic, including familiarity with APIs (FHIR, HL7v2, CCD/CDA), Epic Bridges, and Interconnect.
Strong technical background with proficiency in scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.) and API tools (Postman, Swagger).
Working knowledge of healthcare data formats, interoperability protocols, and regulatory standards (HIPAA, SOC2).
Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple integration projects in parallel.
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced problem solving, and building infrastructure from the ground up.
Bonus Points
Certified in Epic (e.g., Bridges, HL7, Interconnect) or prior work with major health systems using Epic.
Experience with Athenahealth, Cerner, or other EHRs.
Familiarity with voice, telehealth, or AI-driven healthcare products.
Previous experience working on vendor/client implementations at a healthcare SaaS company.

The base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
