Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmap for New Products portfolio aligning with company mission and customer needs
- Conduct consumer and market research to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities
- Conceptualize new products, define features, build business cases, and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Track and analyze product performance data to optimize offerings continuously
- Manage project timelines and enable cross-functional collaboration across R&D, manufacturing, packaging, and other teams
- Partner with veterinarians and quality teams to uphold product standards and ensure regulatory compliance
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field
