Responsibilities

- Prototype rapidly to test ideas using qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Build scalable design systems considering edge cases, usability, and cohesion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams advocating design with empathy and strategic influence.
- Contribute to and refine the design system for improved process and quality.
- Mentor other designers to elevate design thinking and quality standards.
- Organize workshops and create alignment artifacts to bring structure to ambiguity.
- Prioritize impactful work that supports confident customer decisions and business growth.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
