Creative and Development Manager - Original Animation

Responsibilities
- Provide creative oversight and feedback on Original Animation productions with clear communication and strong creative sensibility.
- Collaborate with external partners such as executive producers and artists during creative review.
- Work with Production Manager to track creative and brand review processes, schedule workflows, and budgets.
- Build and maintain documentation related to creative best practices and project context.
- Oversee commissioned materials and concept development for Original Animation projects.
- Work with Brand Review, Marketing, Media Sales, Licensing, and Legal teams to align project goals.
- Build relationships with animation talent and stay updated with audience and industry trends.
- Assist in managing risks, creative concerns, deal-making, and contracting processes.
- Contribute to content development through research, pitch decks, and talent sourcing.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
