Role Overview

We are looking for a Wealth Advisor to join Titan’s Wealth Advisor team. You will be responsible for building, managing and growing your own book of wealth management clients and AUM through the Titan app. These clients come from all walks of life – your job is to win them and delight them with world-class advice, capabilities, and service. You will advise them on issues including investment allocation, financial planning, tax optimization, equity compensation, and more.

Titan will provide you with the necessary resources across operations, legal, compliance, product, engineering, marketing, and content. Your job is to focus on delivering exceptional advice to Titan clients, winning their trust and assets as a result. You will work directly with our Director of Wealth Advisory and collaborate frequently with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and business value.

What You’ll Do:

  • Convert prospects and leads into funded clients through channels like live chat, email, phone, and Zoom calls

  • Grow AUM and wallet share of funded clients through tactical outreach across a variety of channels including Zoom, email, SMS, in-app message, and video/audio notes

  • Act as your clients’ primary point of contact for all questions and inquiries related to wealth management and advisory

  • Educate current and prospective clients about our investment options and how Titan can play a part in their broader portfolio

  • Assist in day-to-day operations of client onboarding (video/phone calls), account management, and ongoing advisory services that span topics across investment allocation, cash flow management, retirement planning, and equity compensation. 

  • Project-manage investment insights and various content initiatives (investment reports/webinars/strategy deep dives)

  • Conduct bespoke portfolio analysis for clients (e.g., investment allocations, transfer options, portfolio perspectives)

  • Help us build a best-in-class team and company

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Wealth Advisory, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or other client-facing investment management roles

  • Exceptional written and communication skills along with an acute attention to details

  • Demonstrated ability to handle assorted client questions (including asset allocation recommendations, market perspectives, portfolio positioning, etc.)

  • Comfortable with high volumes of client interactions (e.g., video/phone calls, large-audience webinars)

  • Strong ability to work cross functionally and think creatively to drive product growth

  • Familiarity with investment management principles, asset allocation frameworks, alternative investing, and quantitative analysis

  • Proficiency with basic financial modeling in Microsoft Excel

  • You are fluent with data. You can use data to answer questions, identify opportunities, find insights, measure progress towards goals, and iterate quickly.

  • You make things happen. You are scrappy and find ways to overcome roadblocks with workarounds or tradeoffs.

  • Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) strongly preferred.

  • CFP / CFA or other qualified credentials are nice to have, but not required.
