Transfr is seeking a Data Engineer to develop data solutions that drive data-informed decision making across various dimensions including usability and product engagement, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include building data infrastructure, creating and maintaining data pipelines, supporting A/B testing, and assisting internal teams with data-related issues.
Skills: Required skills include expertise in SQL, Python, GCP technologies, data warehousing, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 4+ years of relevant experience in data engineering or analytics, along with a strong understanding of data privacy and governance practices.
Location: This is a remote position; however, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation: $120000 - $132000 / Annually

Summary: As a Data Engineer at Transfr, you will help build data solutions from multiple sources that enable fast, data-driven decision making on issues including usability, learning, product engagement, and quality. This individual will have the opportunity to work with researchers, engineers, and product designers across the company and engage in cutting-edge research to contribute to learning research and analytics.

What We Offer:
The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $120,000 - $132,000, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location. In addition to salary, this role may be eligible for additional company benefits such as stock options, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time, and health benefits.
