What You'll Bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, or audience strategy.
  • Strong understanding of DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), DMPs, and data onboarding platforms.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and data taxonomy.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) is a plus.
  • Familiar with the programmatic ecosystem with a working knowledge of audience and targeting strategies across all channels.
  • Understanding of digital media, latest platforms, social media, pop culture, trends, and technologies.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira and Trello

Impact You'll Make:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for audience-related inquiries via the Audience Help Desk.
  • Provide strategic guidance on audience selection, segmentation, and targeting based on campaign goals and platform capabilities.
  • Build and activate custom audience segments in real time using first-party, third-party, and contextual data sources.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and trading teams to ensure audience strategies align with client objectives.
  • Maintain documentation of audience requests, usage trends, and performance insights to inform future recommendations.
  • Monitor and escalate platform or data issues that may impact audience delivery or performance.
  • Stay current on industry trends, data providers, and platform updates to ensure best-in-class support.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $37,400.00 - $58,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
