Technical Lead

What we are looking for

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Technical Lead to join our team in support of an upcoming contract with the Federal Government.

The ideal candidate will have extensive development experience using MS Power Platform; Sharepoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI analytics reports. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.

Location: HYBRID; MUST be located in DC, Virginia, or Maryland

The successful candidate will be accountable to:

• Own the day-to-day operations of the environment, including analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation of business applications and process automation.
• Take ownership of SharePoint Online environment and be a Power Platform SME for the program.
• Architect, design, and implement solutions to effectively handle of case tracking, automating workflows, developing dashboards and reports utilizing MS Power Platform
• Engage directly with government customers to understand requirements, provide guidance and best practices in proposing a future state application
• Deliver quality code to meet project timeline estimation
• Independent person who will figure things out, do what's needed to finish the work and challenge what doesn't sound right.

What you bring

Experience, Education & Training: 

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development

• Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and deploying data collection and workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Platforms; Sharepoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI analytical reports

• Governement contract experience highly preferred

• Well-versed in modern Power Platform app architecture and best practices

• Experience engage directly with government customers to understand requirements, drive conversations and provide actionable outcomes

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills , both in technical and non-technical settings.

• Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven, and a quick learner.

Clearance Requirements:

Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for potential access to classified information. Accordingly, US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
