Senior Cyber Operations Planner

Description

Tyto Athene is searching for highly qualified Cyber Operations Planner - Senior to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.

 

Responsibilities:

• Defines requirements that ensure interoperability for information systems, command and control systems, and systems supporting global integration.
• Develops requirements for COOP systems, aligning them with established guidance and supporting USSOUTHCOM missions, strategies, campaign plans, crisis response, contingency plans, and exercise operations.
• Defines requirements for systems supporting decision-making, data and information systems, and IT services.
• Creates requirements for systems operating within the evolving technological landscape and for interoperable C5IM systems.
• All requirements development to support USSOUTHCOM strategies, campaign plans, crisis response, contingency plans, exercise operations, and aligns with the overall enterprise architecture.
• Define requirements for cyber interoperability, command and control systems, and global integration, ensuring seamless mission execution and operational effectiveness. COOP systems and contingency planning, ensuring cyber resilience, continuity of operations, and alignment with crisis response and exercise operations.
• Support 24/7/365 operations at Doral, FL, COOP, Exercises, and Deployments

Qualifications

Required:

• 10+ years of experience and HS or AA/AS or BA/BS or MA/MS

Desired:

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional
• CASP+ - CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner
• CISM - Certified Information Security Manager

Clearance:

• Top Secret/SCI Clearance

Certification:

• IAT Level 2 or higher
